Yes! When creating an account, you have the option to link a physical loyalty card or create a new digital card. If you chose the former, it can now function as both a digital and physical loyalty card! If you chose the latter, you may always add a card in the future through the account settings!

Yes! Simply contact us about the matter and we will merge the cards for you! The points will be settled on your physical loyalty card and your digital loyalty card will be deleted. Once done, this process is IRREVERSIBLE. You must link your physical card to your account before proceeding with this option.

Anything purchased at any of our participating MOT branches can count towards obtaining your 10$ voucher (before applicable taxes).

Unfortunately you will need to purchase a new one. MOT will not be responsible for any progress towards vouchers or vouchers lost in cases of stolen cards or forgotten accounts!

No, we cannot accept pictures. If you created an account with us, you can link your physical loyalty card to your account, allowing it to function as a digital loyalty card if you don’t have the physical card on you (counts as one card).

Yes! You can stack vouchers after spending the required amount to obtain one! But beware: they expire in exactly 365 days after obtaining it!

All accounts created will need to show activity at least once in a span of 2 years to avoid deletion (along with all progress towards a voucher on all digital loyalty cards linked with the account). To remain active, simply do a purchase with your account once every 2 years. Physical loyalty cards themselves do not expire in cases of inactivity - but their points will.
